Hi there, I'm researching my Balkin ancestors and would love to hear from anyone else who is doing the same.

I'm descended from PATRICK BALKIN, born in Kilkenny in Ireland in 1832. He emigrated to Australia in August 1854, married Hannah Mary QUINLAN and had five children.
They were
William Joseph BALKIN
Hannah Mary BALKIN
Edward John BALKIN
Bridget Josephine BALKIN (married name McGrath)
Michael Henry BALKIN

From that point I've gone on the line of Michael Henry BALKIN in my research. Anyone else with info to share/swap and more is welcome!!
