Bent Over Row
If you haven't figured it out yet, the best moves for your back are often the most common and simple moves. The great thing about the bent over row is that you can usually lift more weight through this move. It also works your upper and lower back all at the same time. Single Arm Dumbbell Row
This is a great exercise that focus working each side independently of the other. You are able to get a greater range of motion and since most people are generally weaker on one side than the other it allows you to focus on each. Adding these into your routine can help to grow and strengthen both sides of the back.
