We know he was born 1900 in Victoria somewhere, possibly Ballarat, Frankston or St Kilda. His parents names are Hugh Joseph Stewart and Janet Howie Wheeler Uwins.
He married Angela Cecelia Will in Adelaide. He was a Confectioner as a trade like his father. He had 2 sons. One passed away a few months after he was born named Colin William. His other son was called Kenneth William Stewart (our father).
