Birth Name Just Acquired 2 Yrs Ago

Hello,
I was adopted 5 days after my birth which was June 19, 1963. So on the 24th my adopted parents carol and Carl witzel took me to a wonderful loving home. I recently found out that I had a birth name which was Lisa Ann Rabidoux. All this was in the state of New York, city of manhatten.. I would very much like to find any family that is directly related to my birth parents.. find my parents or siblings, or even cousins would satisfy my curiosity. And I don't know how long I have to answer my questions because I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer just over a year ago....
If anyone could help with any information
