Birth of James Martin Campbelltown 1832

Can anybody help? I can't locate a birth for James so unable to obtain certificate. His father was William, mother Ann (surname unknown). His wedding certificate states he was 30 years old at marriage to Emma Webb in Goulburn NSW 1863 and his occupation was a Carrier as was his fathers. Any ideas will be gratefully received.
