I have been researching the boucher ancestry in South Africa. I have already advanced pretty far with it but am always looking for more information and decendants

I am quite willing to share the information with anyone who is related

I assume Mark Boucher, SA Cricketer, is part of your tree. I also assume you were at the National Archives of South Africa or on their website? Have you considered contacting the Bouchers from via the telephone directory? It helps.

Hi, i'm Barbara Boucher,my father is Wilfred Boucher and my grandfather was Frans Boucher, originally from Eastern Cape....Hopefully were somehow related, I would like to trace all the Bouchers (family) back.

My name is Cynthia Brown and I am trying to obtain information pertaining to my grandfather, William Boucher born in Yorkshire around 1865. He emigrated to South Africa at some stage and married my grandmother, Martha Margaret Thomas and they had six children, including my Mother, Dorothy Susannah Boucher who was born in 1912. My Mother was born in Matatiele where her parents and siblings lived for many years. The last of her siblings that remained in Matatiele until death was my Uncle William (known as Bill) who was married to Minnie (not sure if this was a nickname) and they had one son, George who married Ruth.

Do you by any chance have any information pertaining to this branch of the family.

My name is Jenny Davis and whilst researching my mom's family .. Sanderson.. I came across a marriage certificate of Mabel Blanche Sanderson & Ernest Boucher on 14 September 1914, Dundee, Natal. Mabel was my G grandfather's half sister. Ernest was 33 when they married so I would put birth at 1881. I found an Obituary for Ernest's father Mr. Sampson Hill Bowcher who died in South Brisbane. Ernest is listed as one of his sons three sons as is Sydney Bowcher & Courtney Bowcher.

Per chance do you have any information on any of these.
