Bradley William F Born 1910 IN New York OR Ontario Canada

William F. Bradley was "adopted" by my grandmother Nettie in his early childhood. He never had any documentation of his birth. We have followed Nettie Bradley through many relationships and last names including Short (whom she did marry), then Cosby and Bradley which was also her maiden name. I am trying to find record of adoption or guardianship or baptism, etc in either New York, NY or in Southern Ontario Canada (Merritton, Thorold or St. Catharines).
