Brother Daniel Mcginty

I think I may have found Michael's brother Daniel. In the 1880 Census, Cleveland, Ward 8, there is a Daniel MCGINTY, b. 1832 (same year as Michael's brother). His wife was named Mary, and they had 4 children:
1. Patrick b. abt. 1865
2. Ann b. abt. 1866
3. Michael b. abt. 1871
4. Mary b. abt. 1874

What struck me was the names of his children match Michael's parents, himself, and a sister. He could have named his children after his family members. Anyone connected?
