Name: Henry BURNS.
Born: 1858 Penny Weight Flat, Victoria.
Father: John BURNS.
Mother: Martha ALLISON. *
Ref: Registry of Births, Victoria. Reg #13842.

Informant error. Mother's correct name was Martha HARRISON.
John BURNS and Martha HARRISON were married in Victoria in 1855.
John and Martha had several other children in Steiglitz, Victoria.

edenhope on 2015-10-03 01:31:24I think your Henry's parents were Henry William Burns (seaman and farm labourer) b 1831/32 in Boston England. He married Helen May (house servant) b 1830 in Perth Scotland in Broadmeadows SA on 13.01.1857.
Henry snr dided 10.10.1875 at Edenhope and Helen died 27.12.1909 also in Edenhope
