Can Someone Please Help ME

I am trying to track down my father's side of the family

His name is Jason mark Davey a.k.a. Ng and was born on the 19th October 1974 and died on the 20th February 1998.

His parent's name are Albert Ng and Evelyn Ng.

The problem I have is I don't where to start....
