Charles Gallagher lived in Burlington Iowa most of his life I believe. Children were: /Ethel, Hazel, Mildred, George, William, Eugene & Geraldine (twins). His father, Daniel, I believe was born in Ireland, he married Sarah Howe in Henry Co. Iowa on 4 July, 1866. It's believed he came to the states around 1850. Looking for any connection to the Gallagher's in this time period and location.
