Courvilles Related to Doises and Legers
My greatgrandma was Celestine figurant married to Arsan Corville the parents of my grandmother Arcena Corrivlle married to Eliza Doise who were the parents of my Mother Ruth Doise Leger. Looking for more stories of this family and extended members. Have been doing genealogy for more than 20 so years and have over 6000 people in my data base. So I am doing all sir names I have mentioned and also extended Uncles and Aunts married in the family.
I attended a Doise Reunion in Elton, La. back in the 70's. The information collected was to be made into a Doise Book. Do you know if a Doise Book was published? We are from the line of "Tresti" Doise and Archangle Pelloquin. Augustine was their son on down to Floyd Doise, Jr. of Port Arthur, Texas. I have some information but I am always looking for more.
