Curtis Rugg

Hi I am the 4th great granddaughter of Curtis Rugg I am trying to find out anything about him I have several Rugg Relatives who think he is not Samuel's and other who say he is. But I can not finding anything supporting either side I am inclined to Believe That he is looking for anyone who can help Thanks Shelley
