Looking for valaditation of James Madison Duke, his wife Lavinia Jennings Duke (possibly Elizabeth Lavinia), his parents David Duke, his wife Elizabeth Miller and their children. Dates and places of birth. They were farming people. During the Revolutionary War, many of the Duke family provided supplies to the military with several actually enlisting to fight for America's freedom.
I am a descendant of David Duke & Elizabeth Miller as well. I found David Duke's Will in Green County, KY. If you dont have it it is on ancestry. I too would like to know more. Like who was David's father??
