Desperately Seeking Info on Cordie M Murr Hatcher
(Cordelia?) "Cordie" (Murr) Hatcher, my great-grandmother, was born on 9 Dec 1891 and died on 10 May 1970 in Blount Co. Tennessee, USA. In September 1907 she married William "Richard" Hatcher in Blount County.
I cannot go on with that branch of my family tree until I know the names of her parents. (((Sigh)))
Could somebody please help me? I'm crying out of frustration here.
I don't know if you ever found this info (since this was posted quite a while ago), but I have quite a bit of info on her family and genealogy, and I would be more than happy to share, since we are obviously related in several ways (Murr, Hatcher, and Headrick). On the 1910 Census Richard W Hatcher and Cordia M Hatcher are living next door to Noah Hatcher. With them is someone called Ibbie Woolf, 82, described as grandmother. Also, in the 1920 Census (again for Blount Co) there is a Cordia L Murr, 12, a daughter of Colonel H Murr and his wife Margaret. Andrew Wilson
