Unfortuneately the official 100 year time frame cuts into finding him The last official records ( including Canada)
was dated = 2011- 100= -- > 1911 -- 1904 = 7 years old I think he would still be with his parents then - Last census records available to us is 1911- I had a look at the Canadian death notices . Weekes shows up but - not Percy Charles . Tribute.com ( american ) shows nothing either . Have you tried the british electoral rolls at the Library or the website --> Kent.gov.uk/archives/ might yield something -regards
