Do You Have Any Hints for Researching Family Trees IN Scandinavia

I am looking for the family of Hendric Gustaf Wilhelm Silvius (born 1839) from Stockholm and Hilda Emilie Hansen (born 1857)from Christiansen, Norway.

Hello Stew50 - go to familysearch.com. Put in surname only at first in surname box . go to country - put in Norway or Sweden which ever one you want ' Press search . Both names in both countries are plenty ful back into 1600 's . By the way Go to Kopenhagen , Denmark both names came thro their on their way to the two other countries originally . Hansen's were also further south off the coast of holland & holland Hope this helps - Regards - edmondsllan

Is also an english version.... I gess Christiansen is Christiania (Oslo today)... It is not 100% and your information will may be found as ex. HILDA EMILE kan be found as (hulda,hilde etc)...

Family tree for the Silvius could be found at this web site.
I found it by googling the name Silvius. It is a private web site and in Swedish, however hopefully fruitful anyway.
