Does Antone Have Information on the Whereabouts of Drum Major Doughty Inniskillings

My great grandmother,orphaned was left under the guardianship of drum major Samuel doughty 3rd battalion royal inniskillings,and his wife bridget in november 1885. We do not know what then happened to her between 1885 and 1899,if someone knows where this cuople were it may help
