Does Anyone Have Any Information on Harrison Williams of Tippicanoe Vermillion County Indiana

I am looking for any information on Harrison Williams and his ancestors. All the information I have been able to find from Ancestry.com and a very few other resources is that Harrison married Hannah Gish 19 Jun 1834 in Vermilion County, Illinois, USA. He is listed in the Ballville, Sandusky, Ohio census; Roll: 1318; Page: 13A; Enumeration District: 0073; FHL microfilm: 1241318. I am trying to research for my family, as we are planning a family trip to Ireland in September 2016.

The only information I have regarding Harrison's father is that his name is George Williams, Jr (1779-1840) and George's father was also named George. More information I've found about George can be found here: http://person.ancestry.com/tree/87622340/person/30558676119/facts. I have found only a few census records and random information, but no actual records, just heresay and printed accounts. George (Jr.)'s wife's name was Elizabeth DeLay, and they were married in 1799.
