Other family members say her parents were Peter Phinney and Susanna Chadwick. Maybe both are wrong. She married loyalist John Phillips in 1782 in Schenectady, New York.
Looking for information on a Jane Finney born 1720 in Virginia, died 1806 in Kentucky. She was married to Stephen I. Arnold. Want to know if her father was; either a James or a Capt. Robert Finney from Londonderry, Ireland. I believe her mother was Ann.
