Jacob is my GGGgrandfather. I have found a candidate for his brother Samuel, but he's only a possibility. I have found nobody that is a reasonable candidate for his brother Matthew. Jacob would have only been about 8 in 1802, the only immigration date I've seen. Have no ideas about his father, whether he stayed in Ireland, came with the boys or came at another time.
