Does Anyone Know the Origin of and Meaning of the Surname Delparte

I have tried ancestry online and web but cannot find any information on the surname DELPARTE. My husband (who this name is from) father was Victor Alexander Delparte immigrated from Saskatoon Saskatchewan in 1945 got his US citizenship by joining the Army. 1947 he went to Railroad Telegraph School and went to work for Northern Pacific Railway in North Dakota. His father's name was Jules Delparte. If anyone knows the origin and meaning of "DELPARTE" I would appreciae it.
