I have not located a marriage for Doris Rita GIVEN or FILBIN to a David Alfred GALGLEISH but I did find the following.

Service date: 11 December 1990.
Cremated remains: Collected from cemetery.
If age at death is correct Doris was born circa 1906.
I also located a death for:
David Alfred DALGLEISH.
Died: 1957 in Box Hill, Victoria.
Age: 81 years.
Father: William DALGLEISH.
Mother: Elizabeth NICKLEN.
This would put David's year of birth circa 1876, meaning he was about thirty years older than Doris.
Alfred was buried in the St Kilda Cemetery, Victoria.
Area: Roman Catholic.
Compartment: C.
Grave number: 36B.
Service date: 09 December 1957.
It's also possible that this Alfred who died in 1957 was the father of the Alfred who married your Doris, and a little more research will be required.

thanks for all that. I already have that information, but was hoping someone might have a bit more. I did notice the age difference between Doris and David Afred - might follow up if there are two Davids!! Might have to resort to getting the death cert for Doris, which hopefully will show what's what. Thanks again. Jeddah.
David Alfred DALGLEIS had a son named James Alfred DALGLEISH.
James was born 1904 in South Yarra and died 1972 in Preston aged 68 years. He was buried in the Box Hill Cemetery with his brother Alexander who died in 1957.
James was married in 1927 and the marriage was registered two times with the same registration number.

I'm not saying this Dorice Rita LANCELEA or ALDRIDGE married to James is your Doris Rita GIVEN/FILBURN, but it is possible it's the Doris Rita DALGLEISH that died in 1990.
Dorice may be a misspelling for Doris, but I'm unable to find out where the names LANCELEA and ALDRIDGE come into it.
