Drummond Connections

drummond from scotland I was given the weong connection I followed the wrong drummonds,to 1066 thru wiki , ancestry + other search engins. finding very interesting information. only to be told by a drummond in vic aus that this was not my drummond families connection.it was a long trip over years ,searching to only be diappointed . having much trouble finding the new connection. hoping some one knows more about my line of ancesters. the families live not far from the other family.
