Edgars at Dunscore

Looking for family related to my gggg Grandfather James Edgar b 1775 d 1857 married to Susan Briggs b 1777 d 1857 they had 4 sons John,James,Robert,William and 3 daughters Sophia,Agnes and Mary. Son John b 1796 wife Marrion Chartiers b 1810 was ggg Grandfather a master blacksmith at Throughgate Dunscore in 1841 they had a family of 11, Would like any info on the Edgars from Dunscore to help my rescearch please.
