Edmondsallan Hello This Journal Will Go from Back at Dyfnwal
edmondsallan - Hello. This journal will go from back at- Dyfnwal 1126 AD to 1792 AD just the opposite way we have been putting it down . We will be going throβ 666 years , we are walking not driving so we wonβt miss anything .
β Lord Sitsyllt - ap Dyfnwal - b- 1126 AD at Monmouth. Castle -Wales - -d-1181 AD- Wales ( 55 )
m 1146 AD - ( 20 )
Anne verch Gruffydd -b- 1128 AD at ancestral home of the Arnallts ( 18 ) β d- in a hunting accident
Children ( 9 ) 3 boys - 6 girls == The six ( 6 ) girls were given very wealthy dowries and married well and
lived happily ever after Of the Boys / Sons β Aeddan βwas the oldest . and was taken in hand at an early age to learn about the family affairs he would one day inherit as the Eldest son . The other two were trouble . As they grew up they wanted to fight anything , anywhere . On a raiding party into β Dorset β southern England they were ambushed on the way back to their home . One was killed while trying to rescue his brother from the enemy , and the other was severely wounded and died ( 6 ) years later from those wounds.
Aeddan-ap Sitsylit Arnallt -b β 1160 AD at Monmouth castle Wales -d- ( no details available )
m - 1180 AD age ( 20 )
Jane verch Llewelyn b- 1163 Ad - ( 17 ) -d- ( no details available )
Children -13 children ( I could only find records for ( 3 ) β Aeddan β was the third child and inherited the Tile & Deeds

Jane Ilfor b β1241 β Wales ( Father was a money lender )
Children ( unproven data shows they had 4 children , the eldest being β Arnallt β
Arnallt ap Gwilyn -b- 1300 - Llys-Tal βY-Bont β Glamorgan- Wales βd- 1340 at Glamorgan ( age 40
Jennet Fleming -b- 1301- ( research found -Kirk Michael -West coast of Isle of man although not
proven her parents came from Scotland
m-1319 β ( 18 ) she returned to the Isle of Man & died there in 1394 ( age 93 )
Children ( 3 ) Their second son became famous and was used by Royalty & nobles to quell Rebellions . He inherited the Leadership and Titles There is a connection between this family and another family relation back in 0150 / 0160 AD with a leader whose name was β Cyngen of Dyfnwal β I think this was the connection where they all came together . Remember the β Switzerland β Arnaults . I traced their journey from there to , down the Rhine River to an area on the north west coast of Denmark . From there they went , raided and settled in β Northern Island on the East coast near β Bangor β I could not find official proof of them going to the Isle of
Man as no records were kept there in those days . It was all word of mouth handed down to certain chosen people . I am 99% sure this is where they met the other half of their original Tribe that went throβ Switzerland .
Arnallt ap ( Fychan ) Arnallt - b- 1320- Glamorgan Wales --- d- 1362 β ( 42 )
m- 1340 β ( All I could find was the date of the marriage . Her name was not given and she died at the birth of their first child β Fychan β He was a great leader & warrior and he never married again although there are details of other affairs he had . Many of his Battles & heroic deeds are recorded in church records and always led his men from the front himself . I have read of many battles he won . Many times he was far out numbered yet managed to win . This warrior was one hella of guy .
Arnallt ap ( Fychan ) Arnallt - b-1341 β Cardiff β Wales ( found the date of his death but unable to prove it m-Cecily ap Meurig ( a cousin of his ) no date available . They had a large family ( 12 ) in number .( 8 ) of them died from sickness. The only proven record available was on their ( 5th ) child Called β Fychan β also . It is written that he did not inherit the Leadership or estates.
Arnallt ap ( Fychan ) Anallt - b- 1365 β Glamorgan β Wales - d- 1416 AD 7 is buried at Glamorgan . Wales
Joan ap Madoc- b- 1370 β glamorgan βWales -m- 1391 β ( 21 ) They had six ( 6 ) children - all documented & proven . Because of the proven information we have on this family β they become another foundation stone .
After they got married they shifted to Gloucestershire β England and their was spelt the __ English version of Arnallt __ and changed to β Arnold β
1392 β John Arnold was born - Gloucestershire β Eng β
1394 β Reynold Arnold β - Wiltshire Eng β
1396 β William Arnold β - Bristol β Engβ
Unable to find work in England after ( 8 ) years , they returned to their parents home in Glamorgan Wales and had ( 3 ) more children β They remained as Arnolds & not Arnallts -which infuriated their parents in Wales
1400 β Jenkin Arnold
1411 β Rodger Arnold
1414 β Thomas Arnold
From this time on in the β Arnold ancestry β this family of Arnolds seems to have a part in any documentation / flow chart β through to modern day records β one way of another . Once again it is agood foundation block to go forward or back from this point in time .
We have viewed ( on the net ) a copy of a β Doctors Note Book β It was found in his estate papers and was dated in the 1500βs . The writings in that note book were also recorded in the medical Journals held in section of a library in Wales . It was found by an β American _ Arnold β while in Wales searching the libraries of Glamorgan in Wales for more on his Ancestry . He put this on Record - & gave it the name of β Dr Arnold βAll though I think this β note book β is genuine I was unable to prove many of its notations . I could only prove some of it . One part in Particular part was about the ( 5th ) son of of this family just mentioned β
β Rodger Arnold β . It said , that rodger gave up the idea of becoming a soldier / warrior and became a farm labourer all his life. His wife however had an unusual human gift of being able to lay hands on very sick people and cure them of their illnesses . The doctor had written many of them down , and accepted that her work on the sick was a β Godly Gift β to heal . No other explanation could be found . This woman was crossing a flooded river in a boat , going to a very sick family and her and the other people with her drowned . We need to pause here & put down what we found and recorded for our Ancestral flow chart..
