Edwin and Agnes Sargent

Edwin Sargent married Agnes Barrott in Stockton, Warwick England in 1874 and emigrated to NZ on The Assaye, a ship chartered to bring assisted immigrants to NZ under a scheme of Julius Vogel's (PM of NZ). I am interested in knowing more about the families in Stockton. They appear to have lived there for generations.
