Ellis Joe Jr Married to Billie F Drake

They were stationed in or around Bamburg, W. Germany in the 50's. They are both of African-American descent and in the military. They returned to the United States via New York Port Authority in 1955 with their adopted daughter, Lydia. Lydia is my cousin by birth.
