Emma Mittilda Long
Does anyone know anything about Emma Matilda Long, Charles Rigby or any of their family. What I know about Emma is she was born apx 1878 in Norfolk, England and married Charles Rigby in 1903. They had three children Nellie, Eric and Marion Rigby. The family then moved to New Zealand. Emma died in 25 November 1965 in Christchurch, New Zealand and is buried with her husband Charles Rigby who died on the 14 November 1943 in Christchurch.

Thankyou both for the information, very useful and informative. I wanted a copy of the marriage between Emma Matilda Long and Charles Rigby, so I could get the fathers names. So I looked for their marriage certificate, but to no avail. I search Yorkshire West Riding, Volume 9a, but wasn't available , I can't find a digital upload of Volume 9a, could someone please help me out, as I really want to find their marriage certificate, but don't know hoe to find Volume 9a, any advice would be much appreciated.
