Ever Come Across George Knight Born About 1760

I have been searching for George Knight b.1764 for the last 20 years to no avail. he was married to Ann in 1788 at Great Sutton (Wirral) and died on 1st September 1836 in Eastham, Cheshire.

I have been into the local records office to no avail and the parish records stored there were also incomplete

Would appreciate any help as I am at a dead end
