Family of William and Emma Fowler Knee Boilling London Kent Early 1900

Greetings all.
I have found some photos of the Fowler family I am trying to locate any living family to this day 2015.The two photos of the female are of the same lady, which is Daisy Margaret Fowler, the two men are William Walter Fowler(standing) and Charlie Fowler (sitting) all are brothers and sister. my understanding is William arrived in NEW ZEALAND AROUND 1913-14. And Charlie Arrived in Australia around the same time, William was in the merchant navy as the ship he was on is on his hat "The Almanzora" and his brother Charlie as I understand was in the British Army as his uniform states. but you people may have other ideas around what the clothing means they are wearing? The tall Gentleman standing besides Daisy Margaret Fowler I understand to be her then husband Charles William Kemish who married in Dartmore 1924.the two children are a bit of a mystery, but clearly family, on the back of the photos of them it sais Johnny and Tammy.so maybe younger brother and sister?
thank you
