He was told by his foster mother to his adopted mother that he was a descendent of Chief Sitting Bull. His birth mother's name is Mary McKay (from Manatiba). He was told his is full Lakota Sioux HunkaPapa. He did not have information about his father. My husband's birth mother was 15 or 16 when Jay was born. His birth name was Daniel. I know there was a lot of feed from Smitty911 about Chief Sitting Bull. Jay does not have enough information to register with the tribe. He is willing to have DNA testing done.
