First Aislabie to Come to Nz
Lord AISLABIE ( ex Chancellor of the Exchequer) and mayor of Ripon and developed Fountains Abbey near Rippon.
Local historians claim the Aislabie family died out
Anyone know if a relative of Lord Aislabie was sent/ immigrated to NZ?
