Fleming Northern Ireland

Im hoping to find info on one of my elusive ancestors, John Fleming.
I don't have any dates or, who he was married too but he was originally from a place called Lecumpher, county Londonderry. He later moved and live out his life in Curlonan, County Tyrone. He would have been born c1780.
