Flowers of Southern Ohio Near Athens Late 1800 S to Early 1900 S

One of the most elusive family members I have is my great grandmother, Anna Flowers Singer. Three years of looking for her information has lead us to Broadwell, Ohio and from there, it is a dead end. Was she dropped out of the sky like an alien. Who are her parents, where was she born, when was she born..... We have a bare minimum amount of information about her.

I have just spent a day in Washington county Ohio searching the genealogical library, probate court and a few cemeteries for a clue. Just looking for a small glimpse of her life before she became the wife of my great grandfather, Linley Singer. Did she have siblings or a mother that passed away early for in life or a father that worked in the coal mines.....
