For Any One with Any Information Relating to Phillip Carr

My great great great grandfather was Philip Carr? He lived with an Aboriginal woman and gave her the surname Carr. He owned many Aboriginal people and named them Carr or Carr's blacks. Approximate time 1820 circa in the Garah, Gil Gil, Mungindiah or possibly Moree, NSW Australia.
Not sure if he was a convict granted land. All i know was that his partner had a child by the name of Caroline Carr. If any one out there has any significant information please contact me.
Thanks

Hi,
Have info for you. Caroline Carr is related to me - great great grandmother.
Caroline Carr married John Richards (b 16/7/1813) on the 19/3/1875. Caroline and John had 9 children. John Richards originated Kidderminster England. He came to Australia as a convict.
John Richards was a lot older than Caroline,he died on 13/1/1893 in Bengerang, NSW.
Caroline deceased 11/11/1909 at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney NSW following surgery on her stomach. Caroline was buried on the 30/11/1909 at Rookwood Lidcombe cemetry, NSW Presbyterian Sect, Section 5c No. 7560 (unmarked).
The family history was researched however no information was available on Carolines parents, but it did come up about "Carr blacks".

Hi Jenny
Thanks for your response. I have all this information, however there are some male Carr's that fit the time frame to when Caroline Carr was born. One cannot pull a name out of the air and give it to a child. He would have had a ticket of leave or he could have been a officer. Their is a Francis Carr that was granted free settlement in Wellington. There is an Alfred Alexander Carr that died in 1871 in NSW [6/4196]
