I've traced my family tree through my dad, William Enscel Cockrell, his dad William Clinton Cockrell (II?), and his dad William Clinton Cockrell (I?). I'm still looking further back and also tracing foward to find potential relatives. Anyone else searching this surname? (I'm also searching the surname "Denny"). Are you still researching Cockrell. I am just starting out for my bro-in-law. His grandfather Edgar F. Cockrell lived in Texas. He died in Bexar County. He was born July 1873 in Kentucky. He was married to Emma Lebold. I cannot find his father F. B. Cockrell b. 1847 place of birth unk. or his mother Emma Fischer b. 1846 Missouri.
