Frank Happy O Day

My late, Great Aunt, was briefly married to, a Mr. Frank "Happy" O' Day. He and his family, were from Pennsylvania. I believe that, he and my Great Aunt, resided in Washington D.C., at the time of their marriage.

My Great Aunt's full, and maiden name was, Ellar Jewel Lee. Although, people called her Jewel. She and her family, were from Virginia. If anyone has information on this man, please let me know. Thank You.
