Gabriel Weginer Wegineer Wegner OR Weigandt

Do anybody have any information about Gabriel Weginer (Wegineer, Wegner, Waegner or later in app 1700-1800? the name in Germany became Weigandt).

He prob. moved to Norway and was born around 1700. His proffesion was "sadelmaker"..... Weginer is not a Norwegian name so an eduquated gess is Germany or the area around.... The area, proffession, history etc.
