Garrett S of Dublin Ireland

My great-grandmother Mary Elizabeth Garrett was born in Dublin, Ireland. Mary was born Nov. 19, 1848. Her parents were James Garrett and Rosanna (unknown). They came to the United States when Mary was 8 years old. She was married to John Romine on April 24, 1877 in Clarksburg, West Virgina. Her brother was Robert Garrett from what I could find. Looking for any information that I can find.
