Gilmores and Chambers of Belfast

I am looking for information on James Chambers of Belfast, son of James Chambers. He was born in 1841 and relocated to England in 1866 when he married Ellen Gilmore also of Belfast. Her father was Robert Gilmore and she had a sister, Margaret or Mary. They all were in Pennsylvania by 1880.
