Greenwood Roots

I have recently started researching my Greenwood roots and keep running into some snags. The most recent being an ancestor named Thomas Greenwood born in Virginia in 1662 parents were John Greenwood and Elizabeth?, he was married to Margaret Sadler? which I cannot find any information on. I am currently unable to venture out to collect any data so I have to collect everything on the internet. Does anyone have any information?
