Joseph Frederick HARLEY (aged 24 years) and Ruth BRUMAGE (aged 23 years) arrived in Victoria Australia on the Essex in July 1857 with their two daughters, Ruth (aged 4 years) and Ann (aged 2 year). They had another Six children after they arrived.
