Hayes of Tennessee

I'm trying to find out where my great grandfather, James Thomas Hayes, was buried. And any other information anyone has about him. All I know is he was born in Shelby, Tennessee May 1, 1842 and I heard he died in Tarrant Co., Texas, but I can't find the cemetery. I know he was married 3 or 4 times and when he married my great grandmother, Mary Ellen Smith, she was in her 20's and he was in his 50's. I don't know his parents names or any information on them.
