Hello I M Looking for the History of the Manchester Kempsters

I`m looking for any info about our family, Kempster. All I know is a little bit from my childhood,My dad albert edward,grew up in Failsworth,Manchester,and my grandad served in the WW1, I can still remember climbing on his bed when I was alittle kid,and getting told off from my dad.I think he died in the veterans hospital in Liverpool.I`d be most gratefull to hear more about our line,from other members of the family or anyone who knows us.Thanks
