HELLO IM LOOKING FOR JOSEPH AND THOMAS BROWN THEY EMIGRATED TO SYDNEY NSW WITH THEIR PARENTS JOSEPH AND MARGARET(PEGGY) BROWN ON THE SHIP THE FAIRSKY. THE FAIRSKY SAILED FROM SOUTHAMPTON, ENGLAND AND IT ARRIVED IN FREEMANTLE ON 9TH jANUARY 1961.THEIR PARENTS JOSEPH AND MARGARET ARE NOW DEAD. THE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS THAT WE HAVE FOR THEM IS IN INGLEBURN SYDNEY NSW. THE FAMILY ORIGINALLY CAME FROM DRUMCHAPEL, GLASGOW SCOTLAND. THE FATHER JOSEPH BROWNS PARENTS WERE JOSEPH BROWN (SHIPYARD LABOURER) AND CATHERINE QUINN. HE HAD A BROTHER CALLED JOHN KANE BROWN AND A SISTER CALLED PEGGY WHO DIED YOUNG.IF YOU RECOGNISE THESE NAMES PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

hi I am curious about the John brown you are looking for, I am trying to find info on my g g grandfather john brown occupation bridgebuilder he is said to have died young he was married to a Ellen or Helen??.I do not know if he was a convict or free settler??. but I do have a lot of info on his son Robert George brown and so on,Hope to hear from you soon.
