Help finding Jeremiah (Hoare)

My 3rd great grandfather was Jeremiah Hoar or Hoare born around 1822 in Ireland. Do not know where but assuming between Wexford, Waterford or even Dingle. He married a Catherine Connor around 1842-1846 and had a daughter named Mary who was born in 1846 or 1847. I have researched for years and cannot find a Jeremiah Hoar (Hoare) anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
