Help Please

I am searching for fred or frederick skilling relatives that are still living. All I know is my great grandfather\'s name.he married to a woman name Ruth.she\'s from kosrae federated states of micronesia.i heard that my great grandfather is from mainland.my uncles and cousin\'s visited mainland sometimes but not sure if they still. That\'s when I was 7-9 years old.my dad past away when I was 9yrs old so I didn\'t get any chance to asked him.so are my uncles ant aunties all past away.if anyone out there can help me with this, I\'d be appreciate it.just wanna know about my family history..
