Help to Find Relations

I am trying to trace the descendants of Daniel Watt who was born in Co. Tyrone , Ireland in 1886 and died in Detroit in 1970, he married twice in 1914 and again in 1944, He had a daughter born in 1917 called Delores Watt
Delores married a Doctor and they adopted a little girl in the 1950s.
Daniel was my father\'s half brother.
