Henry Mobbs Born IN Norfolk England IN the Mid 1830s

A Henry Mobbs was born in Norwich in 1867 and in 1891 he married Ann Hardy. His father was another Henry Mobbs, described as a cloth hawker. I think he is the Henry Mobbs buried in Norwich in 1903, born roughly 1835. Now, there was a Henry Mobbs born in 1836/7 in Yarmouth to shoemaker Edward Mobbs and Hannah. The older Henry is very elusive. Does anyone have any information?

Thanks, Chas. Someone else has said he may have been born in Northamptonshire, but a few years later. It seems he was probably a waterman and that may be why he is not on many censuses. If he did come from Northamptonshire he may well be related to the Henry you have found.
